Construction has topped out on 43-30 24th Street, a 66-story residential skyscraper in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed and built by Carmel Partners, the 731-foot-tall tower will yield 921 units spread across 838,000 square feet and 17,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property is bound by 43rd Avenue to the north, 44th Road to the south, 24th Street to the east, and 23rd Street to the west.

49-18 Vernon Boulevard Begins Construction in Long Island City, Queens

Architect and developed by V&F 4918 LLC, the structure will yield an undisclosed number of residential units and ground-floor retail space. The property is located at the corner of Vernon Boulevard and 50th Avenue.

The property is located at the northeast corner of Jay and Plymouth Streets.

101 Fleet Place’s Exterior Progresses in Downtown Brooklyn

Exterior work is progressing on 101 Fleet Place, a 21-story residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by JFA Architects & Engineers and developed by The Jay Group under the 101 Fleet Place LLC, the 215-foot-tall structure will span 240,092 square feet and yield 292 rental apartments with an average scope of 806 square feet, as well as 4,645 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 44 enclosed parking spaces. The property was purchased from the Leser Group for $40 million in December 2021 and is located on an interior lot between Myrtle Avenue to the north and Willoughby Street to the south.

LPC Designates Brooklyn Edison Building As Landmark in Downtown Brooklyn

The Renaissance Revival style office building is located at 345 Adams Street in Downtown Brooklyn and was designed by McKenzie, Voorhees & Gmelin and constructed between 1922 and 1926.

Brooklyn Red Sauce LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is alternately addressed as 202 Tillary Street and located on a 19,500-square-foot L-shaped parcel with frontages on Prince and Tillary Streets.
