The site is located along the major residential Queens Boulevard thoroughfare. Eight blocks away is the Roosevelt Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7, E, F, M, and R trains.

The rising skyscraper at 180 East 88th Street is nearing its full height. The tower now stands 27 stories above ground, four short of its eventual apex 31 floors above street level. Once complete, the building will be the tallest on the Upper East Side above 72nd Street. Named the “Marcus Garvey Extension,” the new development will comprise 908,460 gross square feet with anticipated completion in 2024.

Located in Downtown Brooklyn between the Hoyt-Schermerhorn and Nevins St subway line, the new 13-story hotel is designed by Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors, and is being developed by GFI Hospitality and GFI Development Company.
