Long Island-based property owner Ijaz Ahmad has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit mixed-use building at 3802 White Plains Road, in Williamsbridge, located directly below the 219th Street stop on the 2 and 5 trains. The project will measure a total of 11,491 square feet and includes 3,470 square feet of medical offices across the ground and cellar levels.
