Designed by JFA Architects & Engineers and developed by Joel Weiss of Heartfelt Townhouse Build under the 95th Avenues Equities LLC, the 254-foot-tall structure will span 720,248 square feet and yield 524 rental units with an average scope of 1,357 square feet, as well as 9,241 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and 338 enclosed parking spaces. The property is situated between 94th and 95th Avenues and Sutphin Boulevard, directly west of the recently finished 147-35 95th Avenue residential tower.

The Bard Graduate Center has submitted a proposal to the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) for the renovation and expansion of 8 West 86th Street, a four-story building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
