According to the recent filing, the interior site is owned by NYC Health + Hospitals and part of the six-building Harlem Hospital complex. The one-story structure with a 19-foot-long lot frontage is a fraction of a combined 220,926 square feet that encompasses the entire block.

The 343,788-square-foot structure is part of the Pacific Park mega project and will contain 323 rental units.
