The reinforced concrete building is close to topping off behind the Dime Savings Bank landmark. The project sits on a 50,000 square foot site, almost an acre in size, and will span just over 350,000 square feet.

Positioned on the busy corner of Grand Street and Havemeyer Street, the mixed-use building will also contain 3,130 square feet of dedicated commercial area.
New construction permits were filed for a six-story apartment building at 42-41 Judge Street in Elmhurst, Queens. Located between Vietor Avenue and Elmhurst Avenue, the lot is one block from the Elmhurst Avenue subway station, serviced by the M and R trains. Yong Chen of One Portfolio Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 45-07 48th Avenue in Sunnyside, Queens. Located between 45th and 46th Streets, the lot is near the Bliss Street-46th Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Mark Misk, of Queens-based developers Nash Builders, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Sir David Adjaye’s residential tower at 130 William Street surpassed the halfway mark earlier this month, as it continues to climb towards its 800-foot tall pinnacle. The 66-story building is designed by Adjaye Associates with Hill West Architects as the architect of record. Lightstone is the developer, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales of the 244 condominiums.
