Permits for a new residential property at 1351 Dekalb Avenue first appeared in 2016 from New York-based developer Joel Brach. Today, J Frankl Associates has made public new renderings of the rising development.
Permits have been filed for a three-story apartment building at 2959 Paulding Avenue in Bronxwood, The Bronx. Located between Boston Road and Adee Avenue, the corner lot is nine blocks east of the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Raja Rizwan of R & S Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Currently under construction is 30 East 29th Street, located in the heart of NoMad amongst a fever-pitch pace of condominiums and hotels sprouting up in the neighborhood. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, the project is being developed by the acclaimed Rockefeller Group. A teaser website has been released and new Art Deco-inspired renderings are also being unveiled for the first time. The building is also getting a new name for itself, called “Rose Hill.”
In an exciting reveal, Extell Development has unveiled new renderings of the residential amenity package within The Kent, a new mixed-use tower at 200 East 95th Street. Located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the 30-story structure encompasses 317,664 square feet, including retail space on both ground and cellar floors, with residential area on the second through 28th floors.
