A new condominium development from Toll Brothers City Living has topped out at 77 Charlton Streett in West SoHo, Manhattan. While full-completion is still a year off, Toll Brothers has established a Midtown sales gallery for the property and has released a collection of new renderings.
Permits have been filed for two mixed-use buildings at 2750-2754 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, Manhattan. The concrete-based structures will rise six stories at 2750 Frederick Douglass Boulevard and eight stories at 2754 Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Located between West 146th Street and West 147th Street, the lot is two blocks south of the 148th Street Lenox Terminal subway station, serviced by the 3 train. It is also situated three blocks east of the 145th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, C, and D trains. Josef Goodman under the FDB 13 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction has topped out at 315 East 46th Street in the Midtown East neighborhood of Turtle Bay. The site was once planned as 25-story condominium tower, but the project was scrapped due to financial issues during the early years of the Great Recession. Now, nearly ten years later, the property is heading toward completion as the nine-story home of the consulate of the United Arab Emirates. The reinforced concrete structure is being designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by Fisher Brothers. Plaza Construction is building the 145-foot tall tower and will soon begin to install the curtain wall.
Work on 111 Leroy Street in the West Village is making steady progress. The upcoming 10-story project, which is located between Hudson Street and Greenwich Street, is being designed by Workshop APD and developed by Property Markets Group. There will be nine full-floor condominiums, called The Residences, and five adjacent single-family townhomes, called The Houses. Douglas Elliman is in charge of marketing and sales of the 14 residential units.
Excavation is well underway at Erik Ekstein’s latest development in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The property is located on the corner of Broadway and Palmetto Street, and according to Ekstein Development, the official address will be 8 Palmetto Street.
