The site is three blocks away from the 174th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, and ten blocks away from the Whitlock Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the 6 train.
Permits have been filed for a six-story commercial hotel at 187 Cook Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This permit differs from a previous application filed in April 2016, proposing an office building designed by Charles Mallea’s M Architecture. The border with Bushwick is only two blocks away, and the site sits seven blocks away from the Morgan Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the L trains, and eight blocks away from the Flushing Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains.
Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 2746 Fulton Street, in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. The A and C trains are eight blocks away, at another Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station. The major commercial intersection at Broadway Junction is nearby, as is Highland Park. Fulton Developers will be responsible for the project.

The site is eight blocks away from the Kingsbridge Road Subway Station, serviced by the 4 train. The James J. Peters VA Medical Center is two blocks away, and Lehman College is a twelve-minute walk away. An anonymous LLC is responsible for the development.
Last week, YIMBY was the first media outlet to be given a tour of the sales gallery and construction site of the 55-story skyscraper at 277 Fifth Avenue, in Nomad, Manhattan, a project which we have reported on extensively over the past several years. Designed by Rafael Viñoly, the high-rise is currently on its 46th floor, with only nine to go before topping-out occurs. After a nerve-racking elevator ride outside of the building, we stepped out to what is currently its highest floor, which already offers expansive views of the New York City skyline.
