Chaim Landau under the Skyvision Capital Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between Degraw Street and Kane Street, the lot is closest to the Bergen Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Hiu M. Cheung of 183-185 Columbia St. LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The first stages of excavation at 25 Columbus Drive are apparent as the asphalt from the former parking lot is now being ripped up. This will become the future site of a new mixed-use complex that will rise 626 feet tall and 57 floors high. Handel Architects is designing the proposed structure, while Mack Cali is the developer of the downtown Jersey City project. A total of 750 rental apartments, a 35,000-square-foot privately-funded public school for levels pre-K through first grade, four storefronts covering 16,485 square feet of retail space, and a public plaza will soon be built.
Developers Landsea Homes and Leyton Properties will soon begin construction on a contentious synagogue-condominium development on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Designed by Eran Chen of ODA New York, the 14-story project will be located at 212 West 93rd Street. When complete the structure will contain a new worship space for the Shaare Zedek congregation at the building’s lower levels with high-end condos positioned above.
Following approvals from city agencies, construction will soon begin on a new, seven-story residential building in New Rochelle, New York. The structure will replace a parking lot at 25 Maple Avenue.
