Designed by OMA and developed by Sedesco, the 63-story, 443,000-square-foot tower will yield 119 residential units spread across 237,000 square feet, a 158-room hotel spanning 205,100 square feet on floors two through 20, and a 10,212-square-foot restaurant. The skyscraper will rise from a plot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues and will have frontage along both West 57th and West 58th Streets.

Covenant House Completes Construction at 460 West 41st Street in Midtown West, Manhattan

Construction is complete on 460 West 41st Street, a 164-foot-tall mixed-use building in Midtown West. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Covenant House, the 80,290-square-foot structure is the first supportive housing development by the company in nearly 50 years and was made possible with help from Gotham Organization and Denham Wolf Real Estate Services. The site is located along the southern border of Hell’s Kitchen between Eighth and Ninth Avenues and West 40th and West 41st Streets, and is a short distance from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The building will yield 60 residential units averaging approximately 884 square feet, as well as a 53,053-square-foot community facility. The project was last reported to cost $128 million.
