Installation of 25 Park Row‘s curtain wall is nearing completion, with only a few portions of the 50-story Financial District skyscraper’s superstructure remaining to be encased. The 702-foot-tall mixed-use tower is designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by L+M Development Partners, along with the family behind J&R Music World. Sales for the 110 residences are ongoing and are being handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.

Installation of the sleek glass curtain wall of 74 Trinity Place is nearing completion as work on the 424-foot-tall Financial District tower wraps up. Located directly behind Trinity Church, the bronze-trimmed 26-story structure is designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Trinity Real Estate. Stephen B. Jacobs Group is the executive architect of the 310,000-square-foot property.
