Three Hudson Boulevard Set for Vertical Ascent in Hudson Yards

Construction is set to rise at Three Hudson Boulevard, a planned $3 billion office skyscraper designed by FXCollaborative for both Boston Properties and The Moinian Group. The 56-story Hudson Yards development is expected to culminate with a roof parapet of around 940 feet and yield a total of 1.86 million square feet. The interiors will feature column-free floor plates, private outdoor terraces for select suites, and prime views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson Yards, and the nearby Hudson River.

The Spiral Ascends Past the Halfway Mark at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards

Construction has passed the halfway mark on Bjarke Ingels Group‘s 1,031-foot-tall 66 Hudson Boulevard, aka The Spiral. The $3.7 billion, 66-story Hudson Yards supertall is being developed by Tishman Speyer with Turner Construction Company as the construction manager. Banker Steel is in charge of manufacturing the steel and Permasteelisa is the contractor for the glass enclosure.

Construction is wrapping up on The No. 29 Condominium, a nine-story residential building at 534 West 29th Street along the border of Hudson Yards and Chelsea. Designed by Workshop/APD and developed by LENY, the 17,000-square-foot structure yields six units ranging from full-floor homes to duplexes. The property is located between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues, a short walk from the High Line.
