An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit mixed-use building measuring 13,510 square feet at 202 North 10th Street, in northern Williamsburg. The building will be an expansion of the existing single-story warehouse, but the property is also being subdivided, and at 210 North 10th Street, a separate four-story, two-unit mixed-use building will measure 6,755 square feet. In total, six residential units will be spread across 12,080 square feet, and three storefronts will split another 7,960 square feet. KMP Design and Engineering is designing.

Large Mixed-Use Development Planned For 1615 Unionport Road, Parkchester

Pinnacle Group and Plymouth Group are partnering to develop a mixed-use building which will span the entire block of 1609-1623 Unionport Road, in Parkchester, and the block is currently occupied by one- and two-story commercial buildings. At least 310,000 square feet of development rights exists, and the owners are planning to demolish the entire block. No timeline has been disclosed, and no permits have been applied for, per The Real Deal.

Curbed reports that Cadence Property Group has launched a teaser site for their five-story, 30-unit building — dubbed The Sorting House — at 320 West 52nd Street, in Hell’s Kitchen. The residential expansion is currently being constructed atop the existing two-story post office building, and sales are expected to begin this summer. Architecture Outfit is designing.

Major Office Building Begins Construction at 67 Whippany Road, Hanover, New Jersey

Excavation is imminent at 67 Whippany Road — in Hanover, NJ, west of Newark — for the construction of a five-story, 185,000 square-foot office building that will house the headquarters of MetLife Investments, reports Real Estate Weekly. Rubenstein Partners and Vision Real Estate Partners are developing, and they are also planning additional mixed-use buildings to built-out the 94-acre campus.
