Crain’s Business reports Nike has leased 147,000 square feet of office space at the Durst Organization’s 42-story, 570,000 square-foot mixed-use building at 855 6th Avenue, in Midtown South. The third through sixth floors will by occupied by Nike, and their lease will include the 15,000 square-foot outdoor deck. The building was revealed by YIMBY in 2014, and completion is expected in early 2016.

The project is being dubbed One Flushing, and retail and community space is planned for the ground floor; Bernheimer Architecture is designing.
