TriBeCa-based Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is the architect of record. The 31-foot-wide, 3,175-square-foot property is occupied by a two-story townhouse. Demolition permits have not been filed. The 15th Street-Prospect Park stop on the F and G trains is seven blocks away.

Bradley Associates of Staten Island Inc. has filed applications for two three-story, two-family houses at 16-18 Oakley Place, in New Dorp, on Staten Island’s East Shore. The houses will each measure 4,742 square feet and 3,759 square feet, respectively. Across both, the residential units should average 1,498 square feet apiece, indicative of family-sized configurations. Joseph M. Morace’s Staten Island-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 10,000-square-foot site’s two-story predecessor was demolished earlier this month. The New Dorp stop on the Staten Island Railway is six blocks away.

The buildings will each measure 2,810 square feet and, across both, their residential units should average 750 square feet apiece. The apartments are likely geared towards families. John D. Calcagnile’s Howard Beach-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 60-foot-wide, 6,000-square-foot site is occupied by a dilapidated single-story house until that structure was demolished earlier this year.

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation has announced its partnership with SJP Properties to develop Harborside 4, a 1.2-million-square-foot office tower long-proposed at 136 Greene Street, in the Exchange Place district of downtown Jersey City. The development team won’t break ground on the tower until an anchor tenant has signed on, Real Estate NJ reported. The site, bound by Christopher Columbus Drive, and Greene, Pearl, and Hudson streets, is currently a parking lot.
