Co-Op City Baptist Church has filed applications for a three-story, nearly 17,500 square-foot religious building — fit with a sanctuary, office and class rooms, and a paster’s suite — at the bottom of Co-Op City in Baychester. The project is located at the vacant parcel at 2208 Boller Avenue, and Guy P. Romain is designing.

10-Story Condominium Project Partially Revealed At 221 West 17th Street, Chelsea

A glimpse of Delshah Capital’s planned 10-story, 14-condo-unit luxury residential building at 221 West 17th Street, in southern Chelsea, is now available. The project will expand the existing six-story commercial building by four stories and the new building will measure about 40,000 square feet, including the retail at street level. Dubbed “The Dorian”, occupancy is expected by late 2016, and Neal Beckstedt Studio is designing interiors.


71 White Street

Seven-Story Hotel Planned for 71 White Street, East Williamsburg

All Year Management has filed applications for a seven-story, 112-key hotel spanning 69-85 White Street, in East Williamsburg. The building will technically be an expansion of the existing single-story warehouse, and the project will measure 79,365 square feet. ODA Architecture is designing, and the developer acquired the warehouse for $9.4 million late last year.


76 11th Avenue

300 Condominiums Planned for BIG-designed 76 11th Avenue, West Chelsea

Details are filtering in for HFZ Capital Group’s planned mixed-use development at 501 West 17th Street — aka 76 11th Avenue — in West Chelsea. Crain’s Business reports the developer plans 300 condominiums within the two 28- and 38-story towers, which will also integrate a new park space into the High Line. Bjarke Ingels Group is designing the 850,000-square foot project, which is expected to be delivered in 2018.
