421-Unit Residential Complex Planned At 105 Corporate Park Drive, Harrison, NY

Normandy Real Estate Partners and Toll Brothers are planning to build a six-story, 421-unit residential complex at 103-105 Corporate Park Drive, in Westchester County’s Harrison. The site is located in “the teardrop” — the swath of land flanked by I-684, the Hutch, the CWE and an interchange, which mostly consists of office parks. Activists are currently rallying for the inclusion of affordable units, reports Westfair Communications.

Eight-Story, 105-Unit Rental Building Wraps Up At 44-80 11th Street, Long Island City

Nearly a year ago, a planned eight-story, 105-unit residential building at 44-80 11th Street, in Long Island City, was one story up, and now the structure is topped-out, with façade and window installation nearly complete. Scaffolding has been removed from the nearly 79,500 square-foot structure, according to The Court Square Blog, and the building will be rentals, located a few blocks from the E, M, 7 and G subway lines. Ekstein Development is developing, while GF55 Partners is designing. Completion is expected by Fall of this year.

Four-Story, Four-Family Building Coming To 1430 55th Street, Borough Park

Property owner Jack Schwartz has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 1430 55th Street, in Borough Park, two blocks from the 55th Street subway stop on the D line. The building will measure 6,845 square feet, which means the full-floor units will probably be condominiums, averaging a spacious 1,710 square feet. Ruslan Goychayev’s RSLN Architecture is the applicant of record, and an existing 2.5-story house must first be demolished.

Work Begins On 19-Story, 60-Unit Residential Building At 153 Remsen Street, Brooklyn Heights

Excavation and piling work has begun at 153 Remsen Street, in Brooklyn Heights, where Quinlan Development Group and Lonicera Partners are developing a 19-story, 60-unit mixed-use building, only a block away from stations served by the N, R, 2, 3, 4 and 5 trains. YIMBY revealed the Perkins Eastman-designed building in February, and 4,575 square feet of retail is planned for the ground floor.
