Per The Real Deal, RFR Realty, partnered with Hines, has received $360 million in financing from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for the 65-story, 91-unit condominium building at 100 East 53rd Street, in Midtown East. Per Kensington BK, the renovation of Dome Park is underway, located at 384 Dahill Road, on the border of Kensington and Borough Park. The multi-million dollar transformation will be completed by Fall 2017, and will better utilize the space of the former park playground.
An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring 6,250 square feet at 108-22 50th Avenue, in eastern Corona. Gino Longo is designing the project, and a former two-story wood-framed structure was recently demolished.
The Real Deal reports that an affiliate of Ruder Finn has acquired the five-story, 34,000 square-foot commercial building at 425 East 53rd Street, in Midtown East, for $30.7 million. The building will be converted to office space to house the firm’s new headquarters, and Spagnolo Gisness & Associates is designing. The currently occupying tenants will vacant the building this summer.
Property owner Wonwoo Chang has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building measuring 3,114 square feet at 32-29 44th Street, in the southeastern part of Astoria. Anastasios Giannopoulos is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be removed.
