The affordable housing lottery is open for Archer Green, a 23-story mixed-use development at 92-23 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 770-774 Lexington Avenue, a four-story residential development in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by Jeffrey Sandor Orling Architect, the 9,887-square-foot building will yield ten units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $76,972 to $159,640.

Victory Plaza, a 100-Percent Affordable Housing Development for Seniors, Opens in Central Harlem

Victory Plaza has officially opened in Central Harlem. The nine-story, 136-unit development with 100 percent affordable housing for seniors is located at 11 West 118th Street. Developed by Camber Property Group in partnership with Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement (HCCI), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development, and the New York City Housing Development Corporation, the building is designed by Aufgang Architects.
