One Bell Slip Nears Completion in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Exterior work is finishing up on One Bell Slip, a 30-story residential tower in GreenpointBrooklyn‘s Greenpoint Landing waterfront master plan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Brookfield Property Partners and Park Tower Group, the 369-foot-tall reinforced concrete structure will yield 292,029 square feet and 414 residential units, with 124 slated for affordable housing, as well as 992 square feet of commercial space on the lower floors. The tower is being built at the corner of Bell Slip and Commercial Street along Newtown Creek and East River waterfront.
