The affordable housing lottery has launched for 177 and 185 Veronica Place, two four-story residential developments in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by AR-Tech Engineering, the pair of buildings will each yield eight units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units total for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 5Pointz, a 48-story mixed-use tower at 22-44 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by HTO Architects and developed by G&M Realty, the 1.21 million-square-foot development stands on the site of the former 5Pointz warehouse, and will yield 1,122 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 337 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $63,429 to $192,400.

Construction Progresses on Marcus Garvey Village at 212 West 124th Street, in Harlem

Construction is underway for Marcus Garvey Village, an 18-story mixed-use development in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood. Located at 212 West 124th Street, the 300,000-square-foot building will have 330 units, 3,200 square feet of commercial space, and 7,164 square feet of community facility space. The Harlem-based team behind the project includes developer Carthage Real Estate Advisors and Body Lawson Associates Architects and Planners for the design.
