Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by KD Sagamore-Ranger Fulton LLC, the structure yields 113 residences, 7,652 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a 4,362-square-foot community center for the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 34 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $55,715 to $198,250.

15 Hanover Place Nears Completion in Downtown Brooklyn

The 24th-tallest building on our year-end construction countdown is 15 Hanover Place, a 463-foot-tall residential tower nearing completion in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Lonicera Partners, the 34-story structure will span 295,000 square feet and yield 314 apartments, with 95 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Rabina is the co-developer and Noble Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which was formerly addressed as 23 Hanover Place and is located at the corner of Livingston Street and Hanover Place.

Construction Begins on Clarkson Estates Affordable Housing Project at 329 Clarskson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn

On Tuesday, Governor Kathy Hochul announced the commencement of construction on Clarkson Estates, a nine-story affordable housing project at 329 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Developed by Empire State Development, the structure will yield 328 apartments, including 164 supportive units for the formerly homeless, as well as a 30,000-square-foot community facility and 80 rentable parking spaces. The project is a part of the state’s Vital Brooklyn initiative, which seeks to address social, economic, and health disparities in Brooklyn.

Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by RB Realty Capital, the structure yields 186 residences, 53,000 square feet of retail, 41,000 square feet of community facility space, and an 82,000-square-foot parking garage. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $77,143 to $198,250.
