Construction is complete on 33 Franklin Street, a seven-story mixed-use building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by StudiosC and developed by Yidel Hirsch under the Franklin 33 LLC, the 80-foot-tall structure spans 95,000 square feet and yields 80 rental units, with 24 designated as affordable housing, as well as ground-floor retail space and on-site parking for 32 vehicles. The property is alternately addressed as 82 Calyer Street and bound by Calyer Street to the north, Quay Street to the south, and Franklin Street to the east.

Designed by Crown Architecture and Consulting and developed by Bluestone Organization, the structure yields 45 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 36 units for residents at 50 to 90 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $42,172 to $173,340.
Construction is progressing on Greenpoint Central, an eight-story residential complex at 65 and 75 Dupont Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Madison Realty Capital, the two-phase project will span 400,000 square feet and yield 471 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, with 143 designated for affordable housing. The property was formerly addressed as 14 Clay Street and is bound by Dupont, Clay, and Franklin Streets. MNSis handling the leasing at the development.
