Façade installation is progressing on 164 4th Avenue, a 17-story residential building in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by SBLM Architects and developed by JLL Capital Markets, the 142,000-square-foot structure will yield 160 rental apartments with 30 percent designated as affordable housing, as well as 12,391 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The 13,840-square-foot site was formerly occupied by a gas station and is located at the corner of 4th Avenue and Douglass Street.

Construction Financing Secured For 2868 Webster Avenue In Bedford Park, The Bronx

The New York City Housing Development Corporation, The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and Douglaston Development have announced the closing of construction financing for 2868 Webster Avenue, a 12-story, 277-unit affordable housing building in Bedford Park, The Bronx. The 250,000-square-foot project is the second phase of a two-phase affordable development following 2850 Webster Avenue, a 188-unit senior housing structure that opened in fall 2023.

Façade installation is progressing on 625 Fulton Street, a 35-story mixed-use skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group with $450 million in construction financing from Madison Realty Capital, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 1,098 rental units, 26,000 square feet of retail space on the lower levels, and an on-site parking garage for 250 vehicles. The property is alternately addressed as 485 Hudson Avenue and bound by the 34-story 80 DeKalb Avenue to the north, Fulton Street to the south, Rockwell Place to the east, and Hudson Avenue to the west.
