Located between East 85th and East 86th Streets along First Avenue in Yorkville, the lot is one block from the 86th Street subway station, serviced by the Q train. Extell Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Located between Nevins Street and 3rd Avenue, the lot is within walking distance of the Union Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Charney Companies and Tavros Capital is listed as the owner behind the applications, and also recently filed for a new development nearby at 577 Union Street.

Debevoise Senior Housing, a 100 percent affordable housing property for senior residents, opened this week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new property is located at 40 Debevoise Street and was developed in partnership by The Arker Companies, New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), and the Jewish Association Serving the Aging (JASA).
