5 River Park’s Curtain Wall Progresses Behind Scaffolding in Cobble Hill

Exterior work is moving along at 5 River Park, a 15-story residential building in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Alternately addressed as 347 Henry Street, the structure is designed by Romines Architecture and is being developed by Fortis Property Group. D S L V Studio, a Brooklyn-based design and decor company, is in charge of the interior decor and styling, while Douglas Elliman‘s Eklund Gomes and Maroni teams are handling the sales and marketing of the 25 condominium units. Homes range from one- to four-bedroom spreads, with some featuring outdoor terraces. 53 Pearl Street’s Approved Plans Await Construction In DUMBO, Brooklyn

BKSK Architects‘ approved plans that were last submitted to the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC), which call for a renovation and expansion of 53 Pearl Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn, await construction. The team revealed its latest design for the 140-year-old Italianate-style structure a year ago after initial plans from March 2019 that called for a tall multi-story addition at the rear of the property, were denied for being both “out of scale” and “contextually inappropriate.” The building was once a factory for the Masury Paint Company and was transformed into rental apartments several years ago.

One Clinton’s Stone Façade Continues to Rise in Brooklyn Heights

Curtain wall installation is progressing on One Clinton, a 36-story mixed-use building in Brooklyn Heights. Alternately addressed as 280 Cadman Plaza West, the Flatiron-esque structure is designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Hudson Companies and will span 295,000 square feet with 134 residential units. The project will also house a 9,000-square-foot STEM research center and One Clinton Street Library, a new public library that replaces the former Brooklyn Heights Library that once stood on the site.
