Final Touches Underway for NoMad’s New Tallest Tower at Madison House, aka 15 East 30th Street

Madison House, NoMad’s tallest residential skyscraper at 126 Madison Avenue, appears to be almost finished. The topped-out, 805-foot-tall structure is also addressed as 15 East 30th Street. Fosun Group and JD Carlisle are developing the 62-story tower designed by Handel Architects. Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing of its 199 condominiums.

Activity Underway on FXCollaborative’s Covenant House at 460 West 41st Street in Midtown West

Construction activity is underway at 460 West 41st Street, a 164-foot-tall mixed-use building in Midtown West. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Covenant House, the 80,290-square-foot edifice will contain 53,053 square feet dedicated to community facility space and 60 units averaging approximately 884 square feet. This is the first supportive housing development by Covenant House in 48 years and includes help from for-profit entities Gotham Organization and Denham Wolf Real Estate Services.

316 5th Avenue

Work Appears to Stall for Possible KPF-Designed Residential Tower at 316 Fifth Avenue, in Koreatown

Work has yet to begin on 316 Fifth Avenue, a 539-foot-tall skyscraper from Kohn Pedersen Fox in Koreatown. Developed by Cottonwood Management, permits for the 39-story building were filed in July 2017 and called for 27 condominiums and 6,809 square feet of retail space across the first two floors. The Midtown development, totaling 52,340 square feet of newly created space, will be located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 32nd Street.
