Façade installation is nearing completion on 200 East 83rd Street, a 35-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and developed by Naftali Group and Rockefeller Group, the 449-foot-tall structure will yield 86 units spread over 205,877 square feet, averaging 2,393 square feet apiece. Sales for the homes are currently underway and are being handled by Compass. SLCE Architects is the architect of record and Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 83rd Street.

Alternately addressed as 9 Chapel Street, the 130-foot-tall structure is designed by Kane Architecture and Urban Design and developed by Tankhouse Development, and will yield 27 units spread across 54,118 square feet, for an average of 1,340 square feet apiece. KSK Construction Group is the general contractor and 219 JSP LLC is the owner of the property, which is set to rise on a plot bound by Chapel Street to the south, Concord Street to the north, and Jay Street to the west.

Construction is nearing completion on Zero Irving, a 21-story mixed-use building at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square. Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed by RAL Development and Junius Real Estate Partners, the 176,000-square-foot structure will yield affordable and market-rate office space for technology firms as well as a three-floor education and training center, a tech incubator, co-working spaces, and a 10,000-square-foot food hall managed by Urbanspace. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is located along East 14th Street between Broadway to the west and Third Avenue to the east.

Construction is rising on 323 East 79th Street, a 17-story residential tower in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Boomerang Development Group, which purchased the property from Spruce Capital Partners for $13.7 million, the 214-foot-tall structure will yield 35,045 square feet and 15 full-floor condominium units. Each will feature a three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with direct elevator access, and some will span two floors. Sunlight Construction AA LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a narrow plot between First and Second Avenues.
