Vertical progress is continuing at 7 Platt Street, a 37-story mixed-use building in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by The Moinian Group, the 464-foot-tall structure will span 267,760 square feet and yield 250 rental apartments with interiors by Fogarty Finger, as well as 43,740 square feet of retail space on the first five stories and 34 below-grade parking spaces. Fogarty Finger is in charge is the residential interiors, Rockwell Group is the hotel interior designer, and AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 110 John Street and located on an interior lot bound by John Street to the north and Platt Street to the south.

Construction is rising on 300 East 50th Street, a 23-story residential building in the Turtle Bay section of Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by MAG Partners in collaboration with Global Holdings, KRW Realty Advisors, Krown Point, and Safanad, the 275-foot-tall structure will span 170,000 square feet and yield 194 units, with 30 percent allocated to affordable housing, as well as ground-floor retail space, a cellar level, and a 30-foot-long side yard. 300 East 50th Street Owner LLC is listed as the owner and Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the intersection of Second Avenue and East 50th Street.

Façade installation is moving along on One Times Square, a 26-story commercial tower at 1475 Broadway in Times Square. Designed by S9 Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record and developed by Jamestown, the $500 million project involves the full gut renovation and re-cladding of the 120-year-old, 395-foot-tall steel-framed structure, along with the addition of new LED displays and public viewing decks with platforms that will overlook the district. Turner Construction Company is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a trapezoidal plot bound by West 43rd Street to the north, West 42nd Street to the south, Broadway to the east, and Seventh Avenue to the west.

Construction is progressing on Society Brooklyn and Sackett Place, a pair of 21-story residential buildings at 267 Bond Street and 498 Sackett Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Property Markets Group, which acquired both plots for $9 million in 2021, the complex will span 594,000 square feet and yield 517 residential units and 52,000 square feet of commercial space. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the project, which is bound by DeGraw Street to the north, Sackett Street to the south, the Gowanus Canal to the east, and Bond Street to the west.

Construction is complete on 1015 Atlantic Avenue, a seven-story mixed-use building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Tecnico Engineering and developed by Solomon Feder, the structure yields 38 units with 12 dedicated to affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of commercial space. Rennit is in charge of leasing for the 5,200-square-foot ground-level and 3,800-square-foot cellar commercial spaces, and Empire Management served as the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 580 Classon Avenue and situated at the corner of Atlantic and Classon Avenues.
