Located in the northeastern corner of Maiden Lane and Front Street, just south of the South Street Seaport District in Lower Manhattan, construction on 151 Maiden Lane is wrapping up, with the cladding of its tinted and angled blue glass now fully enclosing the building.

In the heart of Tribeca’s West Historic District, along the cobblestone roads, 15 Jay Street is undergoing an interior renovation of five lofts, set to be redesigned by the Meshberg Group. The developer is Jay Hudson LLC, while marketing is being led by Michael Brooks of MNS.
World renowned architecture firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects is working on yet another project on the Upper West Side, and this time it’s the restoration and interior design for 225 West 86th Street, aka The Belnord. The building is just off of the 1 subway line between 86th Street and 87th Streets, and Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
A proposed “boutique” office tower at 106 West 56th Street has begun excavation, where private equity firm Savanna Fund, along with Hong Kong based developer Atom Assets, plan to construct a 26-story tower. The site is located between 6th and 7th Avenues, just south of Billionaire’s Row.
