Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Minrav Development, the 145,000-square-foot structure yields 100 condominium units in studio to three-bedroom layouts and duplex penthouses with interiors designed by Paris Forino. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is exclusively handling the marketing and sales for the property, which is located on Third Avenue between East 26th and East 27th Streets.

Construction is wrapping up on Eastlight, a 34-story residential tower at 200 East 34th Street in Kips Bay. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by 200 East 34th LLC, the 388-foot-tall structure will yield 135,094 square feet with 144 condominiums and 2,992 square feet of commercial space on the lower levels. Noble Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 34th Street.

Construction is now complete on 88 Regent Street, a 32-story residential tower in the Liberty Harbor North Redevelopment area in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve and developed by 88 Regent Street, LLC, the structure will yield 392 rental apartments in studio to two-bedroom layouts, 9,110 square feet of retail space, and 5,595 square feet of commercial office space. The property is located at the corner of Regent Street and Jersey Avenue, directly across from the Jersey Avenue light rail station and the Jersey City Medical Center.

323 East 79th Street Reaches its Pinnacle on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction has topped out on 323 East 79th Street, a 17-story residential building in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side. Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Boomerang Development Group, which purchased the property from Spruce Capital Partners for $13.7 million, the 214-foot-tall structure will yield 35,045 square feet and 15 full-floor condominium units in three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts. All homes will feature direct elevator access, and some will span two floors. Sunlight Construction AA is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a narrow plot between First and Second Avenues, a short walk from the 86th Street subway station with access to the Q train.

Exterior work is complete on 7 Dey Street, a 34-story mixed-use tower in the Financial District. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by SL Green Realty, the 404-foot-tall structure yields 260,000 square feet with 209 rental units ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts, 26,000 square feet of office space on floors three to five, and 17,000 square feet of flagship retail space spread across the basement, ground, and second floors. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling marketing and sales and INC Architecture & Design is in charge of interior design for the property, which was formerly addressed as 185 Broadway and is located at the corner of Broadway and Dey Street. The development was made possible thanks to un-utilized air rights SL Green purchased from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
