Exterior work is moving along on 329 Broadway, a 17-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Syndicate Architecture and developed by Parkview Management, the 195-foot-tall reinforced concrete structure spans 175,000 square feet and will contain 63 units, more than 59,000 square feet of retail area on the first two floors, and around 24,500 square feet of community facilities on the third and fourth floors. JLJ Capital recently provided $57 million in financing for the project.

Leasing has launched for the 421 units at Two Blue Slip, aka 41 Blue Slip, a 40-story residential tower on the East River waterfront in GreenpointBrooklyn. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Park Tower Group and Brookfield Property Partners, the reinforced concrete structure is the tallest completed building in the 22-acre Greenpoint Landing master plan, which is also being developed by L+M Development Partners.

White Terracotta Facade Nearly Complete for The Dime in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Exterior work is moving along at The Dime, a 23-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at 209 Havemeyer Street, the 350,000-square-foot project includes the refurbishment and incorporation of the 112-year-old landmarked Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh. The topped-out structure is designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by Charney Companies (formerly Charney Construction & Development) and Tavros Holdings. Douglas Elliman is handling leasing for The Dime’s 177 rental units, JLL is the commercial broker, and Ripco is in charge of the retail component. Grain Collective is the landscape architect, and 1 Oak Contracting is the general contractor.

YIMBY Checks in on 545 Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

YIMBY went to visit 545 Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the site of a proposed 400,000-square-foot mixed-use building from Blesso Properties. Designed by Garrison Architects, the structure is planned to yield 100 residential units, commercial space, and a 15,000-square-foot roof deck. The developer purchased the property for $32.8 million five years ago, and it was last reported that the 27-story project will also utilize 190,000 square feet of air rights.

Exterior Work Wraps on COOKFOX’s One South First in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Work is wrapping up on the exterior of One South First, aka Ten Grand Street, a 435-foot-tall mixed-use building in Williamsburg‘s Domino Park development. Formally addressed as 260 Kent Avenue, the structure rises 45 stories on the northern end of the six-acre waterfront master plan and is part of the revitalization of the Domino Sugar factory site. The project includes 330 rentals, 66 affordable units, 150,000 square feet of office space that spans 22 floors, and 13,000 square feet of designated ground-floor retail space. COOKFOX is the architect and Two Trees is the developer of the two-legged tower.
