The final exterior touches are underway on The Prime, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island CityQueens. Designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by Circle F, the 11-story building will yield 71 residences with interior design by Andres Escobar of Lemay + Escobar Architecture. Sales and marketing for the units is being handled by Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York. The complex is located at the confluence of 46th Avenue, Jackson Avenue, and 23rd Street.

Exterior work is still wrapping up on Madison House, an 805-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 126 Madison Avenue in NoMad and number 13 on our countdown of the tallest projects under construction in the city. Alternately addressed as 15 East 30th Street, the 62-story tower is designed by Handel Architects and developed by Fosun Group and JD CarlisleDouglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing of the 199 condominiums, which will all sit atop an additional 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

130 William Street’s Exterior Closes in on Completion in the Financial District

Exterior work is wrapping up on 130 William Street, an 800-foot-tall residential skyscraper in the Financial District and number 14 on our annual construction countdown. Designed by David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates and developed by Lightstone with Hill West Architects as the architect of record, the 66-story project recently began closings for its 242 units, which are being marketed by Corcoran Sunshine. Prices are expected to range from around $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to $20,000,000 for a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse.

Façade installation is progressing on 3 Sutton Place, a 847-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 430 East 58th Street in Midtown East and number 15 on our countdown of the tallest construction projects underway in New York. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen and developed by Gamma Real Estate with Stephen B. Jacobs Group as the executive architect, the 62-story tower is located between Sutton Place South and First Avenue and will yield a total of 121 residential units. The site is a short distance away from the East River and the Sutton Place Park North esplanade.

Exterior work has reached the final stages on Long Island City‘s Skyline Tower, the tallest building in Queens and the outer boroughs and number 16 on our annual construction countdown. Located at 23-15 44th Drive, the 68-story, 778-foot-tall residential skyscraper is designed by Hill West Architects and developed by United Construction & Development Group, FSA Capital, and Risland US Holdings LLC, and is expected to cost $1 billion. Modern Spaces is the exclusive marketing and sales agency for the 802 residences, which are designed by Whitehall Interiors.
