The existing four-story building at 200 Montague Street, aka 192 Montague Street, will make way for a new 20-story Beyer Blinder Belle-designed structure. The 10,000-square foot site sits directly adjacent to 75 Livingston Street, aka 16 Court Street. Because the project is among the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District in Brooklyn Heights, plans for the new development will have to be approved by the Landmark Preservation Commission. The scheduled review date is set for March 5, 2019. James M. Patterson of Ancora Engineering is listed as the applicant of record.
In the SoHo neighborhood, 300 Lafayette Street sits along West Houston Street. The seven-story building has topped out as 145 feet and is close to completion. It is designed by COOKFOX and developed by Related and LargaVista Companies.
Leasing at The Pierrepont has officially begun. The upcoming residential building is located at 146 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights, between Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West. The mixed-use tower will have 90 boutique apartment units as well as 6,000 square feet of retail space. Designed by Marvel Architects, it is being developed by Jonathan Rose Companies, Bedrock Real Estate Partners, JD Capital USA, and Nuveen Real Estate. Interiors are being designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture.
Construction at 40 Bleecker Street has now topped out twelve stories over NoHo. Designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by Broad Street Development, the new project will house 61 one- to five-bedroom units.
