Construction has officially wrapped for 91 Leonard Street in Tribeca. The 19-story, 210-foot-high residential building is designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hill West Architects, and developed by Toll Brothers City Living. Designed to architecturally reflect the iconic characteristic of traditional cast iron warehouses and lofts, the residential building’s dark-colored bronze and glass curtain wall makes it a handsome addition to the neighborhood. Whitehall Interiors is responsible for the building’s interiors.

YIMBY Scopes Views and Interiors From 505 West 43rd Street, aka Charlie West, in Hell’s Kitchen

YIMBY recently went on a site tour of 505 West 43rd Street, aka Charlie West. The pair of 16-story buildings are being designed by ODA Architecture and developed by Mi&Co. The interiors are being designed by Escobar Design by Lemay, while exclusive sales and marketing of the 131 units are being led by Reuveni Real Estate. Homes will range from studios to three-bedrooms along with penthouses that will come with three to four bedrooms. Closings at the Midtown West property are imminently expected.

GDSNY’s 1241 Broadway Begins To Rise As Excavation Work Wraps, in NoMad

Work at the corner lot for 1241 Broadway in NoMad is seeing a lot of activity in preparation for a 22-story, SOM-designed commercial office building. Excavation on the perimeter of the site is finishing up, while work on the reinforced concrete foundations and core walls is happening simultaneously. This is a rapid change of pace since YIMBY last visited the Midtown location a couple months ago, when it was still quiet. The future 318-foot-tall, 170,000-square-foot tower is being developed by GDS Development and Sweden-based Klovern. Triton Construction is currently in charge of building the structure.

NAVA Companies’ Cantilevering 80 East 10th Street Nearing Completion, in Greenwich Village

Construction on 80 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village is quickly approaching completion, with work on both exteriors and interiors nearly finished. The ten-story mixed-use building is being designed by NAVA Companies, while Parametric Development Group is developing the 26,000-square-foot structure located on the corner of East 10th Street and Fourth Avenue. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is responsible for sales of the project’s 12 condominiums, which average 2,000 square feet each and have three to four bedrooms apiece, with prices ranging from $4.15 to $8.25 million. A five-bedroom penthouse has not yet been listed.

126 Madison Avenue, aka Madison House, Tops-Out 62 Stories and 805 Feet Above NoMad

Work on the reinforced concrete superstructure at 126 Madison Avenue, aka 15 East 30th Street, is now topped out. The slender 756-foot-tall tower is now the tallest skyscraper in NoMad, standing 51 stories, and makes a clear impression on the Midtown skyline. The residential building is being designed by Handel Architects, while Fosun Group and JD Carlisle are responsible for the nearly 300,000-square-foot development.
