Yesterday, The Real Deal reported on an eviction controversy surrounding 338 West 39th Street, which is a site that will soon yield a new hotel. Now, YIMBY can reveal the design of the new building coming to the lot, which is being developed by the Portuguese hotel group Pestana Hotels.
