Construction is nearing topping out on Two Manhattan West, a 58-story commercial skyscraper in Midtown West. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by Brookfield, the 935-foot-tall tower will yield two million square feet of office space directly to the south of its 996-foot-high fraternal twin, One Manhattan West. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of West 31st Street and Ninth Avenue. Brookfield is aiming for LEED Gold certification.

Turner Construction Company is managing construction, Banker Steel provided the steel work, and Permasteelisa served as the contractor for the reflective floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure for the property, which occupies a full city block between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues and 34th and 35th Streets.
