Curtain wall installation has begun on 312 West 43rd Street, a 33-story residential building on the southern border of Hell’s Kitchen in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by National Real Estate Advisors and Taconic Partners, which leased ground rights from the 1199SIEU Health Care Workers Union for a term of 99 years, the structure will yield 330 rental units, 28,000 square feet of amenities, and two floors of retail space. DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the structural engineer and Triton Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, near Times Square.

Façade installation continues on One High Line, a two-tower mixed-use complex at 500 West 18th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Witkoff Group and Access Industries, the 900,000-square-foot project consists of 36- and 26-story towers rising from a shared podium and will yield 236 condominium units, a hotel component, ground-floor retail space, and a public plaza. Witkoff purchased the property, formerly known as The XI, in a foreclosure sale for $900 million and partnered with Access Industries and Monroe Capital to complete the once-stalled development. Suffolk Construction is the new general contractor, Enzo Enea is the landscape architect, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the project, which is alternately addressed as 76 Eleventh Avenue and stands adjacent to the High Line on a plot bound by West 18th Street to the north, West 17th Street to the south, Tenth Avenue to the east, and West Street to the west.

Designed by STUDIOS Architecture and developed by The Moinian Group, the 145-foot-tall project will yield office space with column-free floor plates ranging from 17,500 to 25,000 square feet, as well as retail space. 220 Eleventh LLC is the owner, AECOM Tishman is the general contractor, and JLL is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, which is located along Eleventh Avenue between West 25th Street and West 26th Streets.
