Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Work is nearing completion on the 19-story mixed-use residential building, designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Solow Realty & Development Group, which purchased the property 14 years ago for $25,550,000. Fisher Brothers this week announced an agreement with the Blue Bottle Coffee café chain to lease ground-floor space in 1345 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown. Under the 15-year lease, Blue Bottle will encompass 953 square feet of retail space at the base of the tower beginning in Q4 2019.
The reinforced concrete structure for the 203-room Aloft Hotel at 132 West 28th Street is close to topping out in Chelsea. Peter Poon Architects is the designer and Frank Ng is the developer of the 326-foot-tall, 32-story tower, which is located between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue.
