Construction is nearing completion on The Elisa, an 11-story residential building at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea. Designed by Isay Weinfeld Architects, the structure will yield 25 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing led by Bianca D’Alessio, Christian Haag, and Mia Calabrese of Nest Seekers and SERHANT. Prices range from $1.45 million to $5 million for the four-bedroom penthouse. Pizzarotti is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Seventh and Eighth Avenues near the border of the West Village and the Meatpacking District.

Construction is nearing completion on Monogram New York, a 35-story residential skyscraper at 135 East 47th Street in Midtown East. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Navigation Capital Group, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 191 condominium units designed by Shanghai-based Neri & Hu in studio to four-bedroom penthouse layouts, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Anthology Group is the hospitality partner and Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor for the tower, which was formerly addressed as 131-141 East 47th Street and is located between Lexington and Third Avenues.

Work is nearing completion on Fashion Institute of Technology‘s ten-story New Academic Building at 220 West 28th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by SHoP Architects, the 110,000-square-foot structure is engineered to LEED Gold standards and will yield new classrooms, administrative offices, review and exhibition spaces, and a student quad illuminated by skylights. Forte Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which stands on a shallow plot between Seventh and Eighth Avenues on the northernmost edge of the FIT campus.
