Rose Hill’s Art Deco-Inspired Façade Installation Begins at 30 East 29th Street in NoMad

Installation of the dark-colored curtain wall panels has begun at Rose Hill, aka 30 East 29th Street, in NoMad. The Art Deco-inspired envelope now covers the podium and first residential floors of the future 45-story skyscraper, which is located between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue South. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Rockefeller Group, the tower will stand 639 feet tall and become one of the most prominent structures in the neighborhood. Related Companies Unveils Model Residences and Amenity Spaces at 35 Hudson Yards

Work on 15, 30, and 35 Hudson Yards in the first phase of Related Companies’ master plan is wrapping up, as the construction elevator hoists on the exterior of the skyscrapers are in the process of being dismantled. Demolition Wraps for Two New Residential Skyscrapers at 601 West 29th Street, Next to Hudson Yards

Demolition has completed at the site of 601 West 29th Street in Hudson Yards for an upcoming 695-foot-tall, 58-story skyscraper designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Douglaston Development. Meanwhile, the adjacent lot is almost cleared for a 520-foot-tall, 42-story tower at 606 West 30th Street, which is being developed by Lalezarian Properties and designed by Ismael Leyva Architects. The two structures will share the parcel of land between 29th Street and 30th Street to the west of Eleventh Avenue.
