A new rendering has been revealed of a 10-story mixed-use building planned at 108 Chambers Street, located on the corner of Church Street in TriBeCa. The project, currently in the early planning stages, would feature retail space across the first two above-grade floors, followed by residential units above, Tribeca Citizen reported. Greystone Development is the developer and Woods Bagot is the architect.

A Brooklyn-based property owner has filed applications for a seven-story, five-unit mixed-use building at 1374 42nd Street, in Borough Park. The project will measure 14,387 square feet and rise 70 feet in height to its roof. Office space, measuring 1,990 square feet, will span the ground and cellar levels, followed by a 2,103-square-foot daycare facility on the second floor and five residential units across the third through seventh floors. The apartments should average 1,427 square feet apiece, indicative of condominiums. Brooklyn-based Bricolage Designs is the architect of record. The 2,504-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story townhouse. Demolition permits have not been filed.

The latest building permits indicate the project will encompass 24,955 square feet and rise 69 feet to its main roof, not including bulkhead elements. Its residential units should average 642 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Great Neck, N.Y.-based Big Apple Developers is the developer and Brooklyn-based Bricolage Designs is behind the architecture. A target completion date is not known.
