The facility will feature a ritual area in the cellar, administrative offices and a waiting area on the ground floor, and a multi-purpose room on the second floor. The Brooklyn-based Spiral Group is the architect of record of the 27-foot-tall structure. The 3,600-square-foot lot is vacant. Its three-story predecessor was demolished back in 2007.
