New renderings have been revealed for a six-story townhouse at 76 West 105th Street in the Manhattan Valley section of the Upper West Side. Developed by Moonshot Development, the property will replace a small community garden between Columbus and Manhattan Avenues and will yield two triplex townhomes, elevator included, spread across 9,200 total square feet.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Henry, a six-story residential building at 2395 Palisade Avenue in Spuyten Duyvil, The Bronx. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Timber Equities, the structure yields 55 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 17 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,520 to $167,570.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 649 Hart Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the lot is steps from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. LW Developers Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Exterior work is continuing to progress on 109 East 79th Street, a 20-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Steven Harris Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group, the 210-foot-tall structure will yield 145,000 square feet and 31 condominiums in two- to five-bedroom layouts, with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Cathy Franklin Team leading sales and marketing. Prices range from $5.5 million for a two-bedroom residence to $35 million for a full-floor penthouse with private roof terrace. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and Rees Roberts + Partners is the interior and landscape designer for the project, which is located between Lexington and Park Avenues.
Construction is complete on Le Meridien Hotel, a 21-story mixed-use tower at 292 Fifth Avenue in NoMad. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architect and developed by the McSam Hotel Group, which purchased the property for $42.4 million in March 2017, the structure yields 187 hotel rooms and an unspecified number of residential units on the upper levels. The development is located between West 30th and West 31st Streets.
