Located between 6th Avenue and Carlton Avenue, the lot is one block from the Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, and Long Island Railroad trains. Greenland USA under the Pacific Park Development, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The 23-unit project is designed by Post-Office Architects with HTO Architects as the executive architect, and developed by Cape Advisors. Sales and marketing are being led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
The Department of Housing Preservation and Development has submitted permits to construct a new seven-story residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located at 633 Dekalb Avenue, the proposed property would comprise nearly 40,000 square feet and top out at 69 feet tall. Magnusson Architecture and Planning, a New York-based design studio, is listed on the submitted permits as the applicant of record and will most likely serve as executive architect for the new building.

Located at the southeast corner of the neighborhood, the lot will soon house a public school with an office tower above for boutique finance and tech tenants. The 465-foot-tall, 26-story development is a joint venture between Taconic Investment Partners and Nuveen, after the pair acquired the land in a 99-year lease from Trinity Real Estate, the real estate branch of Trinity Church. SHoP Architects is responsible for the design.
Work is wrapping up on the Verizon Tech Executive Education Center and Graduate Hotel on Roosevelt Island. The topped-out, 18-story structure is designed by Snøhetta and includes an adjacent four-story annex. Graduate Hotels is the operator of the 224 hotel rooms. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is the master planner of the island campus, while Hudson Companies, Related Companies, and Brookfield are developing the entire Cornell Tech satellite location.
