Full demolition permits have been filed for 400 West 219th Street in Inwood, Manhattan. Bound by Ninth Avenue, West 219th Street, and West 218th Street, the site is also addressed as 201 West 218th Street.
New renderings have been released for 343 Madison Avenue, a proposed 1,050-foot-tall office supertall in Midtown East. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Boston Properties, the 753,120-square-foot structure would contain 748,618 square feet of office space, 2,130 square feet of retail space, and 2,372 square feet that will connect below grade to the future East Side Access project with subterranean circulation paths toward Grand Central Terminal. The building is planned to rise in place of the former Metropolitan Transportation Authority headquarters on half of the block between Madison and Vanderbilt Avenues and East 44th and 45th Streets.
Gotham Organization’s contentious new development at 130 St. Felix Street in Downtown Brooklyn is now under review by the Department of City Planning as part of the New York’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure. Known simply as ULURP, the procedure is required for projects that require special review or modifications to existing zoning regulations.

Full demolition permits have been filed for 409 Park Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan. According to the filing, the site is owned by GDSNY under the Clover Park Development LLC. It currently houses a 4,300-square-foot, two-story commercial building used by Stefano Ricci, an Italian menswear boutique. The 23-foot-tall structure was built in 1910.
