A new rendering has been revealed for 509 Third Avenue, a 35-story residential project underway in the Murray Hill section of Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Kevin Lalezarian under the Third and Thirty Four LLC, the 386-foot-tall structure will yield 299 residential units at the corner of Third Avenue and East 34th Street.

The affordable housing lottery is open for 605 Hart Street, an eight-story mixed-use development in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by Rise-Architecture, the 56,416-square-foot building will yield 54 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 17 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $46,149 to $159,640.
Sales have officially launched for Minrav Development’s VU, aka 368 Third Avenue, a new 36-story condominium building located on Third Avenue between East 26th and East 27th Streets. The 145,000 square foot tower is designed by SLCE Architects, and is situated in Kips Bay, near NoMad, Gramercy, and Flatiron.
