Dubbed Willow14, retail space will measure 20,000 square feet on the ground floor, and the project is expected to achieve LEED certification. Brownstoner reports the vacant 5,000 square-foot lot at 1425 Fulton Street, in south-central Bedford-Stuyvesant, is now on the market as a development site for $6 million. GFI Realty Services is marketing the property, which boasts 22,365 square feet of mixed-use building potential, or 29,820 square feet if affordable units are included. If sold at asking price, the property would go for $268 per buildable square-foot; in January, residential development in the neighborhood reached $154 per buildable square foot.

Former Rental Buildings At 88 & 90 Lexington Avenue in NoMad Converted To Condos

According to Curbed, HFZ Capital is converting the 19- and 13-story former rental buildings, at 88 and 90 Lexington Avenue, in NoMad, into condominiums. The buildings will be combined to share a lobby and 8,000 square feet of amenities, but the number of planned condominiums has yet to be revealed. Workshop/ADP is designing, and sales will launch in the coming weeks.

Brooklyn Hospital Planning Ambulatory Care Center At 95 Dekalb Avenue, Fort Greene

Per DNAinfo, The Brooklyn Hospital Center plans to sell the 21-story Maynard Building, located at 240 Willoughby Street, in Fort Greene, to a developer and use the money to develop a new 155,000 square-foot Ambulatory Care Center at their parking lot spanning 95-99 Dekalb Avenue. The Maynard Building apparently offers spectacular views and would likely be up for a residential conversion. Developers for both proposals have yet to be found.
