Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Douglaston Development, the building yields 938 residences, 50,000 square feet of amenity space, and 15,000 square feet of retail space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 235 units for residents at 40 to 100 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $26,229 to $144,100.
