Construction is making headway on Waterstone of Westchester, an independent living community for senior citizens in White Plains. The development is located at 150 Bloomingdale Road in Westchester County will feature 132 residences, supportive services, and a number of amenities.
Sales have officially launched for Adam America Real Estate‘s 2505 Broadway, a new 19-story residential building located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Two buildings in Manhattan are now official historic landmarks following designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. This week Jersey City city officials gathered for the groundbreaking of a $200,000 renovation and expansion project at Fairmount Triangle Park. The grant-funded improvement project will join two bisected green spaces to create an uninterrupted public park at the intersection of Fairmount and Summit Avenues.
